I'm glad you enjoyed GOW and Uncharted so much. Welcome to the ps3. If you wanna borrow GOW 1 and 2, or any other Sony product I can brainwash you with, let me know. I recieved a "what would you like to see with the GOW collectors edition" checklist email from Sony and i voted pretty high for it to come bundled with the first two games versus a lousy t-shirt. So you may get your chance to play them anyway.
