The Evening Report: Call of Halo: Noire Edition

The Evening Report: Call of Halo: Noire Edition

In a day full of Activision news, other stories have been overlooked by the masses. So, just to give everyone a refresher, we have three stories here that we felt you would like to read about. Don’t worry! None of this news is depressing, unless you are upset by map packs. As we have information regarding one for both Halo: Reach and Call of Duty: Black Ops. More after the break.

Guess what guys! Infinitely popular games get multiple map packs! This news is unbelievable to all of those that live in the world of games in the FPS era. I was taken completely by surprise with this news! Anyway, being real, both games have been tremendously successful and deserve every bit of praise they are receiving, or do they? It is much expected that new maps for us ADD gamers will be available and these two games are no different. Reach’s map pack will be called the ‘Defiant’ map pack, and the map pack for Black Ops will be titled ‘First Strike’. Source: Joy_stiq

Kevin Butler, you are hilarious, or the people behind your Twitter account are. However, those same people aren’t exactly up to speed with the security issues that Sony has been dealing with when they used the Kevin Butler Twitter account to retweet the security keys for the USB dongle jailbreak device. The only question is, will Sony sue themselves, now?

P.S. Even though we have provided some information about the device, it does not make it okay for you to use that information. You will still be a jackass for doing so. Source: Ars Technica

Were you worried that Rockstar and Team Bondi were only showing video footage of facial animations in L.A. Noire because the game was shallow, and only had that going for it? Well, worry no more. With this latest development diary, Team Bondi showed off quite a bit of their upcoming game. We here at Sidequesting are extremely impressed with what is shown, and I could go into detail about what is said in the video, but it will sound much better coming from the narrator.

Told you.
