Microsoft finally took the wraps off of Star Wars Kinect, the title that will be bringing the Force to living rooms in the future – no date was announced. The game allows everything you’d think it would: lifting of giant obstacles, swinging of virtual light sabres, Force pushes, and more. The demo showcased the on-rails game with the ability to jump, flip over enemies, and “rush” into rooms with quick flight.
The game appears to be aimed at the younger crowd, as the visuals are based around what you’d see in Clone Wars, with a more stylized approach to the Star Wars universe. The HD scenery and environments are absolutely stunning; full of color, great lighting effects, and explosions.
No release date was announced, but you can still practice Jedi Mind Tricks in the meantime. Oh, and check out the images below.
