    So who kills the Doctor because it’s not River Song because she was already in jail and she was shocked to see the Doctor die but this also brings up the question who has River killed. But I am sure that River doesn’t kill the Doctor.

    For the record though, they’ve made it quite clear that River can escape from prison pretty much at will. Go look at Demon’s Run. Seems like she keeps coming back to prison because she WANTS to.
