FOOTBALL! It’s that time of year again, just one short week away before the NFL regular season finally kicks off! It seems like it’s been an epic-long wait for the teams to take the field, but the wait is almost over!
SideQuesting wants to celebrate by hosting its first-ever Fantasy Football Challenge! And, we want YOU to reap the benefits with THREE GAMES as your prize! What games? How about: ANY THREE GAMES RELEASED IN 2011*! Your choice! It could be Uncharted 3, Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time 3D, and Portal 2. Or, it could be Modern Warfare 3, NCAA Football 12, and Skyrim. Heck, you could even win three copies of Just Dance 3 if you’d want. The choice is completely yours.
The game itself is one of skill, determination, and ultimately some luck, too — who knew Peyton Manning would have neck surgery, or that Adrian Foster was going to miss 3-4 weeks right away? The season will be hosted on CBSSports.com and will be open to 12 contestants (at least one of which is going to be SideQuesting staff). Enter via the comments below if you are interested, or email us at sidequesting@gmail.com. If we receive more than 12 entries, we’ll narrow it down to the required amount to fit into the season’s structure.
The draft will be live, and take place on Tuesday, September 6th at 6:15PM EST. If you’re not able to take part in the live draft, it’s okay… the system will draft for you, based on pre-season rankings of players. The season ends in December, with a league champion being crowned then. We’ll keep the readers up-to-date each week by posting the standings and a weekly breakdown of the wins.

RULES
- Contest starts Today, Thursday, September 1st. Draft is Tuesday, September 6th at 6:15PM EST. Need not be present for live draft.
- To enter, post a comment in this contest with your intent, or email us at SideQuesting@gmail.com
- ENTER BY MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 5TH at 1PM EST to be eligible
- If more than the allotted amount of players enters, SideQuesting will narrow down the field to 12
- If less than the allotted amount of players enters, SideQuesting will fill the remaining spots with “ghost teams” run by the computer.
- The winner of the league will receive 3 non-special edition versions of games of their choice released on 2011.
- Should a SideQuesting staff member win the league, the highest-ranking non-staff will win the prizes. First will be the Fantasy Super Bowl winner. If that person is also SideQuesting Staff, then the playoff contender with the most wins will receive the prizes. We will use CBS Sports’ tie-breaking rules for all other conflicts.
