This weekend, I spent a good chunk of time playing Bit.Trip Presents…. Runner 2, for the Nintendo Wii U. My three year old daughter, watching me play, opted to mimic the moves that she was seeing on the screen by game character Unkle Dill. Jumping, kicking, sliding and dancing were just a little bit of her repertoire, and her score would probably surpass mine.
She especially loved Dill’s pirouettes, and the dancing kept her active for at least a half hour while watching me play. Gaijin Games may have created legal catnip for toddlers.
