The Assassin’s Creed franchise returns to Ubisoft’s E3 conference with two new trailers for Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag. The cinematic trailer shows Edward Kenway, the game’s protagonist, fighting his way out of a bar with the help of some crew mates as well as taking on other ships. The second trailer, titled “Horizon,” shows Kenway primarily on land and underwater. Creative director Jean Guedon said that pirates were a great fit for the Assassins since they were the “perfect symbol of rebellion, freedom and adventure.” He also talked about the many things that players can do in the gaming, describing the overall experience as an “invitation to fight, roam and explore.” You can watch both trailers below.
