We loved The Walking Dead, and had our dismembered fingers crossed that a new season would arrive sooner or later. With the excellent Wolf Among Us already tearing into PCs and consoles, Telltale decided to tonight unleash the first trailer for Season 2 of the series. Right on the eve of Halloween! Sheesh! Could it get any scarier?
Actually, if you’ve played the original series then you’ll know that fear isn’t really the main emotion you’ll feel, but sadness. SO MUCH SADNESS. Okay, also a little bit of fear.
With the first episode slated for later this year (preorders now available on Steam and on Telltale’s web store), the new series focuses on Clementine as the lead. The game will arrive on PC/Mac, consoles and iOS, and “additional platforms to be announced.” We’re really hoping that includes toilets, because we’ll be so afraid we’re going to need them.
