  • Favorite workout is the 10 minute beachbody on Xbox One right now, damn near makes me pass out (I’m fat)

Using a treadmill to travel through an MMO. Makes you want to just find a tavern and never move again.

My favorite work-out begins from the moment you awake. After you’re rudely woken up, you head outside. See those chickens? Now chase them down with your wooden sword drawn. You can either A) pick them up and throw them or B) bash them with your wooden sword. Option A helps with upper body strength. Option B helps with your cardio as you run for your life.

It will also help you overcome any Alektorophobia.

My favorite gaming workout is using two Xbox 360 controllers as dumbbell and doing 20 sets of 50. Great for building muscles for your guns.

  • Reignbow

I use a gaming console as a free weight for my morning squats and lunges. Gotta work out those jelly thighs into lean mean muscle. :)

  • Tidus

My favorite made up gaming workout involves using controller cables as high intensity resistance bands.

  • Chronorayven

Holding a 3DS XL on one hand and Vita on another beats using weights!

I like to do high impact Burpees standing on top of PlayStation 3’s.

  • LauraLoL58

Punching the air with DualShock 4’s in each hand. It’s all in the mind.

  • Chris

If playing a FPS like COD or BF, I do pushups and sit ups based on the number of times I die.

  • fightclubdoll

That’s my thing, too. I put in Oblivion or Skyrim and go gathering alchemy ingredients while I hike along on the treadmill. =-) Virtual reality enhancement!

  • Louly McButter

My favorite gaming workout is called the ‘unresponsive Kinect’ wherein I keep waving and waving trying to get it to work. Great for the tri’s.
