DID YOU KNOW: SideQuesting wasn’t the first website to put together a list of parties for E3? “NO WAY! WHAT? CRAZY!” I know! The tradition actually predates us by a few years!
For this week’s Throwback Thursday, we’ve unearthed quite possibly THE ORIGINAL BIG E3 Party List, from alllll the way back when the big show was in Atlanta! Yup! Betcha didn’t know that E3 was a West Coast thing once. No matter, peruse the list and see such amazing things as:
- Nintendo rented a museum!
- Dynamix gave plane rides around town!
- A Sony party and the word “natch” in the same sentence!
- Take 2 hosting an event where they solved the Black Dahlia murder mystery!
- And, Activision and Bruce Willis co-sponsored a party called APOCALYPSE!
