During their E3 Media Event today, Nintendo announced that two special amiibo/Skylanders hybrids will be coming to Skylanders SuperChargers.
Turbocharged Donkey Kong and Hammerslam Bowser will arrive to the game complete with their own vehicles, the Barrel Blaster and Clown Cruiser. They’ll work with the Skylanders portal and, with a quick rotation of the base, become amiibo.
Both Donkey Kong and Bowser will only be playable on the Wii U, so don’t bother thinking about using them on the PS4 or Xbox One. Skylanders SuperChargers arrives this Fall.
