Hot on the heels of the Batman v Superman trailer, Warner Bros and DC Comics have let loose the San Diego Comic Con teaser trailer for Suicide Squad, the film that brings together the Joker, Harley Quinn, Deadshot, and other DC comic villains as a sort of for-hire team of mercenaries.
Featuring an all-star cast that includes Jared Leto as a maniacal Joker, Margot Robbie as Harley Quinn, and Will Smith as Deadshot, the film falls in the same universe as Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice and will arrive in theaters on August 5, 2016. In the trailer we see the purple Jokermobile (with Batman riding on top!), Quinn using her, uh, “skills” to escape captivity, and Killer Croc looking menacingly powerful.
