Invader is a popular urban artist who mixes video games into his pieces. His art will appear seemingly at random around the world, from New York to Kathmandu, and even to the ISS. He has a love affair with 8-bit gaming that makes its way into the work in various ways.
In his latest piece, he’s brought Nintendo’s Duck Hunt into a mosaic mural in Paris’ Mustafa Shokay park. The piece superimposes the 8-bit bird on a backdrop overlooking the town. He’s recently opened a gaming-themed exhibition at Le Musée en Herbe entitled “Hello, My Game Is…”
