Blaster Master ZERO coming exclusively to Nintendo Switch and 3DS on March 9

When it was announced back in November, Blaster Master ZERO seemed like a natural fit for the 3DS handheld. In fact, it seemed like a perfect fit for handhelds in general, which is why it seems tailor made for the Nintendo Switch. Inti Creates has announced that it will be bringing the new game to both the new console and the 3DS on March 9, less than a week after the launch of Nintendo’s new device.

Blaster Master ZERO is a retelling of the first game, using the original visuals to tell a more cohesive story, as well as adding new levels, gear and weapons. The game switches (get it, SWITCHes!) between overhead and side-scrolling, based on the adventuring need. It will be download only on Nintendo’s eShop.

More information is at the game’s website.
