Middle-Earth: Shadow of War looks like it’s a hefty evolution of Shadow of Mordor. With bigger stages, bigger areas, bigger buildings, more enemies, and refinements to the Nemesis System, it may as well be called More-dor. Middle-Earth Plus. Not Just a Shadow, But a Whole Eclipse.
Whatever it’s called, it’s more of what many of us loved about its predecessor. With a matured gameplay system behind it, and improved visuals and audio thanks to a better understanding of modern platforms, Shadow of War may become the perfect IP for the current gen. WB, the publisher, has given us the first look at gameplay, including some epic battles in equally epic locations.
Hell, at the very least we can kill orcs.
