The first Wreck-It Ralph film did wonders for gaming nostalgia, serving up fan service for the millions of viewers who enjoyed the Disney film. Now, the sequel looks to take things one step beyond gaming.
Ralph Breaks the Internet follows the character and his pal Vanellope as they leave the confines of their arcade to take a trip through the net, ultimately finding out that the world is bigger and more challenging than their quarter-munching abode.
Gaming characters and nods are replaced by apps, emoji, and net code, so while we *hope* there will be gaming references, they may be more modern as opposed to the Pac-mans and Bowsers we ran into in the predecessor.
Wreck-It Ralph 2: Ralph Breaks the Internet arrives in November.
