During Xbox’s E3 2018 press conference, Microsoft announced that Battletoads is coming back.
When the Battletoads IP went over to Microsoft through Rare, the company just sort of sat on it. There have been vague references here and there, but there has never been a new game in the series. Until now, at least. A brief teaser trailer was released on the E3 stage, causing many to rejoice.
Battletoads will be arriving in 2019 for Xbox One and Windows.
