SCUF and Playstation are collaborating on a new, “pro” level controller for those looking to squeeze out more functionality than their DualShock 4 currently has.
The SCUF Vantage is developed by the accessory company with exclusive input from the Sony platform holder. The controller allows for some intense levels of customization, from adjustment of button tension to addition of paddles to faceplate and texture personalization. It incorporates several new buttons as well, such as SAX buttons on the shoulders and a touch strip at the bottom for volume adjustment — all designed to keep your hand on the controller without lifting a finger.
The SCUF Vantage launches at the end of August, and is available to preorder for $169.95 wired or $199.95 wireless, with an option to fully personalize online.
