MARVEL Powers United VR brings first person comic mayhem to Oculus

FPS = First Person Superhero

At SDCC this week, Marvel Games announced MARVEL Powers United VR, a full virtual reality game coming to Oculus Rift. The game puts players in a first person viewpoint, showing only arms and powers, as they blast away at enemies in several Marvel comic locations. Players can choose from 18 heroes, from Captain Marvel to Wolverine to Black Panther and more, as they play alone or team up in co-op to take on waves of enemies as they try to halt what we presume to be some incredible calamity.

The game is being developed by Sanzaru Games exclusively for Oculus, and will launch July 26.
