Respawn Entertainment is having a heck of a week.

After the news about Apex Legends, the studio’s newest game, leaked over last weekend, the company launched the game and dominated playing time. It’s been revealed that the game has already brought in over 10 million player in just the first 72 hours after its launch on Monday. Company boss Vince Zampella took to Twitter to reveal the news.

The game, a spin on Titanfall 2‘s multiplayer and set in its universe, albeit in the now popular battle royale genre and WITHOUT MECHS, brings in a few hero flavors from Overwatch to give it a slightly different feel than PUBG and Fortnite.

It seems to be working.
