PlayStation Now price slashed in half

Stream more for less

With the streaming wars heating up, and both Google and Microsoft set to launch their own efforts this year, Sony has opted to heat up its part of the pie. PlayStation Now, which was formerly known as Gaikai until Sony bought it years ago, is dropping its price from $19.99/month to $9.99/month.

The service has over 700 games, which work in tandem between streaming and downloading, and is adding some big hitters too. God of War, Infamous, and GTA V are all coming to the product, thought they’ll only be available as a sort of rotating 3-month special.
