Now taking place June 11th
Sony has revealed the new date for its PS5 game reveal. Originally scheduled for June 4, the reschedule is now June 11. Sony, like many other companies, had postponed their initial event in light of the important civil rights protests that have taken hold in the US and rest of the world in the wake of the racially-charged murders of George Floyd, Breonna Taylor and many others.
This new date for the pre-recorded event should bring a ton of game announcements and some hope for the PS5 as its first true reveal.
Thursday, June 11 at 1PM PST. The event will take place on PlayStation’s Twitch and YouTube channels.
