PlayStation Plus Collection brings PS4 games to the PS5 for free

Sony launching service to somewhat rival Xbox’s Gamepass

Sony wants you to play some of the biggest PS4 hits on your new PS5 right away. That’s why the company is announcing PlayStation Plus Collection, a way to download specific games onto the upcoming console. While not quite an Xbox Gamepass rival, it *will* give a new way to access games that players may have missed from the last gen.

Better yet, the service will be rolled into PlayStation Plus. Here’s the line-up already (as shown in the video above):

  • Batman: Arkham Knight
  • Battlefield 1
  • Bloodborne
  • Days Gone
  • Detroit: Become Human
  • Fallout 4
  • Final Fantasy XV
  • God of War
  • inFAMOUS: Second Son
  • The Last Guardian
  • The Last of Us Remastered
  • Mortal Kombat X
  • Persona 5
  • Ratchet & Clank
  • Resident Evil 7: biohazard
  • Monster Hunter: World
  • Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End
  • Until Dawn
