The passive gods now have to take a stand
The Eternals will be the third big Marvel film this year, after two (soon to be three) successful shows on D+, and features the cast of otherworldly and all-powerful ancient beings who have been living on our planet for millennia but never took a stand in any of Earth’s previous battles — until now. What could be more deadly than Thanos? The trailer actually doesn’t reveal the threat, it just keeps things ominous.
The mood of this first teaser is great, addressing the love between the Eternals as a family and their love for humanity. There’s even a joke about the Avengers. But all is not well, and we’ll find out who or what that is in due time.
The Eternals hits theaters in November.
