Square Enix, Sony Pictures and Fathom Events have announced a partnership to bring the director’s cut of the 2005 CGI sequel film to Final Fantasy 7 to theaters for two days only next month. Final Fantasy 7: Advent Children complete will be hitting US theaters on February 21 and 22, one week prior to the launch of Final Fantasy 7: Rebirth.

The new theatrical run will include an additional preroll before the film, detailing the game’s connection to the film, gameplay footage from Final Fantasy 7: Rebirth, and interviews with Naoki Hamaguchi, Tetsuya Nomura, and Yoshinori Kitase.
