We had the chance to check out Detroit’s biggest pop culture event, and enjoyed it all

Pop culture conventions happen all the time, and have morphed and expanded out of just showcasing comic books and art into something that can bring thousands of people together, break a ton of news, and generally leave folks smiling.

We’ve been going to Detroit’s Motor City Comic Con since the 90s, and have marveled (pun intended!) at the array of guests and content ever since. It’s generally a great show, and we have ourselves have been reporting on it for SideQuesting for a decade. Well it’s now back twice per year, and we had the chance to check out the November show.
