MachineGames’ latest comes to the latest platform
In a bit of a surprise, Bethesda has announced that its hit Indiana Jones and the Great Circle will be landing on Nintendo’s Switch 2 next year. The news was revealed at gamescom’s Opening Night Live today. We say that it’s a surprise only because we thought Microsoft had other games that would be announced for Nintendo’s newest console first, like Doom: The Dark Ages and Avowed and the Master Chief Collection.
Anyhoo, this will be a welcome addition to the platform, since Disney and Nintendo work well together, and this Indy game isn’t necessarily the most taxing on a device.
Also of note: well-known insider Nate the Hate has mentioned that this isn’t the only Xbox game headed to Switch 2, as Starfield is also coming to the platform next year alongside a PS5 version, neither of which have been announced yet.
