The answer is no. Silksong is just 2 weeks away!
Holy shit, it actually happened: Silksong has an official release date and it’s SEPTEMBER 4.
The game’s developer Team Cherry revealed the news on a SPECIAL stream to showcase the game’s latest trailer and release date. Silksong, the sequel to the beloved Hollow Knight, looks to be more of what fans love of that original game. It’s a challenging, stylish, honest game with depth in both gameplay and character, and the lore behind it is already immense.
It arrives on essentially every platform on launch day, from the aging PS4 to the modern Switch 2, but the real question is “Will anyone actually finish the original Hollow Knight game in time to play this one, or just talk about how much they loved that original based on the first 2.5 hours that they played?”
The answer is NO. But they’ll still buy Silksong, because FOMO.
