The newest Story of Seasons remake is a great entry point into the farm sim genre
Over the last handful of years the developers at Marvelous have been remaking older games in the Story of Seasons series and each entry has proven that the team is dedicated to bringing these titles to the current age with high quality versions. Nowadays when farming and life simulator games are a dime a dozen the folks working on Story of Seasons show that they are constantly paying attention to the competition. These complete updates bring modern sensibilities being brought to the proverbial table by other titles within the genre.
Each small tweak and addition in Grand Bazaar shows that the grandfather of the genre is in good hands and not resting on its laurels. It’s not only a great Story of Seasons game it’s also a great entry point into the genre for anyone who may be interested in trying a game other than Stardew Valley.
