Gonna find out about our boy YOSHI probably
With April just a few months away, Nintendo has announced another Direct aimed at the upcoming Super Mario Galaxy movie. We’ve been seeing a lot of teasers and clips over the last few weeks/months since the first trailer was revealed, so a bigger Direct won’t reveal a whole lot — except for YOSHI. Our dino is in the movie, as he was teased at the end of the previous film, and yet we’ve seen neither hide nor scale of him. The Direct will likely show off the lil dude for the first time to keep the hype train rolling, and possibly announce the return of folks like Donkey Kong. Maybe we’ll also get glimpses of some of the worlds that Mario and crew will get to visit in the movie.
The Direct will air on YouTube, Twitch, and Nintendo Today at 6AM PT/9AM ET on Sunday, January 25.
