- Anime Expo is happening all weekend in Los Angeles, where there will be a lot of announcements, panels, and cosplay. It’s a huge event, and one that has quickly become the center of the anime universe in the West.
Recommendation
- Widow’s bay on Apple TV. It’s a fun, comedy-horror TV series that jumps headfirst into genre tropes. It stars Matthew Rhys as the Mayor of an island town where a mysterious curse is leading to some fun and spooky things to happen. It has a great cast, and an addicting pace, and is perfect Summer viewing.
