We are bringing our teams closer together
There is NO nuke about to hit development behind the New Vegas remaster! None! Everything is fine!
In a bold, brash move the Wasteland Information Minister wants us all to know that everything is okay, that people are happy, and that YOU WILL BE HAPPY with news that Besthesda has announced GAEMSS! Yes, GAMSEES!
In a statement posted on their website, Bethesda has revealed that it intends to focus solely on the games that players want as opposed to new and unique ideas. It kicks off with an ominous tone, “a note from Bethesda Studios.” They note that they are “bringing our teams closer together” by laying off most of them so that they can all fit in smaller office square footage — this is a good thing, we promise! We’re going to build these games ALONGSIDE YOU, probably in your houses because we won’t have the space any more.
Here’s a BULLET-pointed list of what is on the way:
- More Starfield content, like stories and possibly DLC
- Fallout 76’s next expansion, Raven Rock, will be a prequel to Fallout 3 and coming next year
- Fallout 3 remaster (no date given)
- Fallout: New Vegas remaster (no date given)
- Fallout Shelter TV project still in the works (no date given)
- Obsidian Entertainment developing a new Fallout project (no date given)
- Zenimax Online and Bethesda will work together on the rest of Elder Scrolls Online
- Fallout 5 is in production with Creation Engine 3 (no date given)
- Elder Scrolls VI is in production with Creation Engine 3 (no date given)
In the post, Bethesda mentioned the phrase “Bring Our Teams Closer Together” no less than FOUR TIMES so you know they’re serious.
