We have final confirmation on the next Call of Duty.
Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 is officially the next CoD game. After noting in an investor call that a new game was on its way, the annualized series’ next entry has been revealed. Developed by Treyarch, BlOps 4 is coming to PS4, Xbox One and PC on October 12, 2018. The familiar orange and black color scheme suggest a continuation of the sub-series, which is rumored to once again be based on a near-future.
A reveal event will take place on May 17, as CoD typically debuts a trailer commercial during the NBA playoffs.
And, that’s it.
Except for that logo. Black Ops IIII? It’s not even a proper roman numeral. The graphic designer in me is cringing.
