Arrives October
Foregone, the action-platformer built on skillful one-on-one battles and fluid motion (those visuals tho!) has itself a console release date. Publisher Big Blue Bubble have announced that the game will be arriving on Switch, PS4, and Xbox One on October 5, 2020.
Already available on the Epic Games Store in early access exclusivity, the game is finally making the jump to consoles. We enjoyed what we played of the game last year at PAX East, when it started making its rounds at trade shows, and were especially impressed by the visual techniques it was using to pull off pixel visuals with impressive depth of field. It’ll be interesting to see how those visuals translate onto home televisions.
The game also includes a skill tree system for upgrades, multiple weapons, and big worlds, so there looks to be plenty to sink our teeth into when it hits.
