Chris Redfield’s story comes to a close
Chris Redfield is about to have a bad day. Or rather, perhaps everyone else is around him. Subtitled “Village” the next installment of Resident Evil is has been announced during Sony’s PlayStation 5 reveal event.
The game picks up with players taking on the role of RE7‘s Ethan as he comes face to face with a now “bad guy” Chris. The trailer depicts not only the normal undead world, but also brings in werewolves and a creepy village (maybe Romania?), giving serious vibes of a mix between RE4 & RE7. The game is built on the RE2 Remake engine, so expect some good, bloody action.
Resident Evil Village is coming to PS5, Xbox Series X and PC in 2021.
