Even Steven Loves The Odds
Zoink Games, the developers of innovative games like Ghost Giant, Fe, and Flipping Death, have revealed their newest game.
Lost In Random is a “coming of age” story feature a young girl named Even as she traverses a strange new kingdom known as Random. Random is rife with chaos and lack of control. As she explores the dark land, Even comes across a partner named Dicey, who’s a single 6-sided die with the ability to add some sort of structure to the world.
The game (much like a lot of Zoink’s work) looks like it takes a lot of influence from Tim Burton films, as the visual style is almost like a stop motion movie playing out. With Zoink’s projects typically falling into the 2D hand-painted realm, moving to 3D seems to offer up a lot of new ideas for the team.
Lost In Random arrives in 2021.
