It’s not coming this year, though
We already knew Dragon Age 4 was in development for a while, but now we have a name attached to that game: Dreadwolf.
The title takes the name of Solas the Dread Wolf, an antihero within the series’ lore that has a trickster mentality a la Loki or Hermes. He’s seen as both good and bad for the world and its people, which coule lead to some interesting narrative and gameplay possibilities for the project.
Though there’s not release date announced (2023!) the game’s developer BioWare promises more will be seen from the game later this year. There’s a whole list of places it could show up, too.
