Horror has a new set of hands in Kojima’s upcoming project
In the opening to Tokyo Game Show week, Hideo Kojima and his Kojima Productions team dropped a long-awaited second trailer for their upcoming OD project.
Titled “KNOCK” the teaser trailer focuses on Sophia Lillis’s unnamed character as she’s instructed to light candles, until someone or something knocks at the door behind her, ending in terror.
It’s unknown if KNOCK is just one aspect of the story (we have our thoughts on the idea of an anthology of horror as the project’s focus) or if it’s the full thing. Jordan Peele is working on his own portion of this horror game-meets-movie-meets… something.
OD is being developed in Unreal Engine 5 (due to Sony owning the Guerilla engine) with Xbox Game Studios, so, uh, expect it on PlayStation too, probably.
