Apple brings major game controllers to iOS and tvOS

We can finally ditch those touch controls

During its WWDC opening keynote, Apple announced that it will finally allow native controller support for many new controllers. The two that the company focused on?

The Xbox One S controller and the PlayStation 4’s DualShock4.

That means that we can now not only play native games on things like iOS and tvOS, but also during streaming, like when we launch the PlayStation app or even the Steamlink app.

This will all be available when iOS 13 and tvOS 13 launch this Fall.
