They’ll be back.
Well, that… didn’t work. Most of them are former Kombatants that *ARE* back. We already knew Shang Tsung, Sindel and Nightwolf were coming back from past games, and now we have some new contenders.
Joining the battle will be the T-800 (Arnold!) from the Terminator series (right on time for the next film), Batman’s arch-nemesis the Joker, and Todd McFarlane’s Spawn. The three new characters continue the inclusion of dark battlers for the fighting game series, which included Jason Vorhees and Leatherface in the past, among others.
The releases were revealed during Gamescom week, alongside a video and dates:
- Shang Tsung, Nightwolf – Available Now
- Terminator T-800 – October 8
- Sindel – November 26
- Joker – January 28
- Spawn – March 17
The full pack costs $39.99, and Mortal Kombat 11 is available on the PS4, Xbox One, PC and Switch.
