During Nintendo’s Direct today, the company revealed a slew of new Super Smash Bros Ultimate information.
First, the team of Banjo & Kazooie is officially available to download today, and bring with them a stage and music. Feel free to watch Sakurai awkwardly joke in the video about the game being available on Xbox platforms.
New Mii Fighter costumes also join the party, themed on Goemon, Proto Man and Zero from the Mega Man series, Team Rocket from Pokemon, and Sans from Undertale, which also features a musical remix.
The next fighter to join the game will be SNK’s Terry Bogard, from the Fatal Fury series. The fighter will be released in November, and can be purchased separately as DLC or as a part of the Fighter’s Pass.
Finally, the latest version update, 5.0.0, will also feature the popular baseball bat sandbag hitting contest, which will be the final mode added to the game.
