Aftermath brings love, too
Friendships and Babalities were some of the best finishers one could pull off in arcades in the Nineties, more-so than the actual Fatalities themselves. With MK11 bringing back the positive vibes in its Aftermath DLC expansion, the ‘Ships are just as enjoyable now as they ever were.
In the latest trailer for Aftermath, some of the Friendships are revealed, featuring a lot of dancing, grilling, and wine-drinking. Set amongst a great soundtrack of “Why Can’t We Be Friends” by the beloved band Smashmouth, the clip shows us just how magical a post-match celebration can be.
If you haven’t decapitated your opponent by then, that is.
The Friendships, new stages and more will be free to all owners of MK11, and will launch alongside the paid DLC of Aftermath, on May 26.
