Resident Evil Re:Verse delayed

Resident Evil Re:Verse delayed

Another zombie bites the (delay) dust

It’s been a delay-filled 12 months, and so these days we’re amazed when a project actually hits its date. At least HALF of the resident Evil Village stuff will actually make it on time, at least, so that’s admirable. According to a GameSpot post, RE “Ambassadors” have been receiving an email notifying them that the Re:Verse component of Resident Evil Village (Resident Evil 8, to us normies) is being delayed until “Summer”.

Re:Verse is a multiplayer experience that features solo and team play, and spans across the entire Resident Evil-verse (hence the “Re:Verse” name) and utilizes a more animated/graphic novel style. As enemies are killed, they can become weapons that players utilize further in their battles.

Resident Evil Village launches on May 7 for PlayStation, Xbox, Stadia, and PC.
