Two Thors for the price of one
With Doctor Strange firmly ripping through the multiverse to the mad tune of over 800 million dollars and counting, the buildup to next Marvel movie is now in full effect. Though we seemed to have our first trailer for Love and Thunder just a short while ago, that was just meant as a tease. Now the first full, true, in your face trailer is here, and it’s just as bad ass as you’d imagine.
Set in the aftermath of Endgame, Thor is on a mission to return to his godly glory, hitting the gym and finding his love interest. But, uh oh, there’s someone out there who doesn’t actually like gods right now. Christian Bale’s Gorr the God Butcher makes his first appearance, as the actor returns to comic book movies for the first time since donning the Batman cape over a decade ago. It also features the return of Natalie Portman as Jane Foster, now taking over the role of the God of Thunder herself. We’re curious how closely this will follow the recent comic book runs, which put Foster in a pivotal role in the MCU for a hot minute.
Thor: Love and Thunder hits screens in July.
