No way. NO WAY. It seems like we were just talking about tickets, and now PAX West is just a few short weeks away?! NO WAAAAAY!
Except YES WAY! PAX West is back, and it may end up being bigger than ever. This year, the expo will be spilling over everywhere, with events, parties, and more — and that’s not even talking about the show floor! Anyhoo, as is the norm, WE’RE HERE to help you find out where to go when your expo time is done. And 2023 looks like it may end up being filled to the brim with things to do.

Hello my fellow nerd runners! For the 6th year (something something Pandemic) we are running an informal, unofficial 5K at PAX West. We’ll meet at 8:45AM on Saturday, September 2nd at the fountain in the Waterfront Park and start the run at 9am. The run (or walk) is a nice flat course along the water. Even more details about the course is located in our original 2013 post.

Fresh off the release of his most recent studio album, Another Triumph of Ghetto Engineering, Open Mike Eagle will grace the PAX West main stage for the first time. Open Mike Eagle is a prolific, critically acclaimed art rapper whose albums can incite laughter just as much as they can make you think about the state of the world. And he’s probably the only person out there who has rapped about Untitled Goose Game and Wu-Tang in the same breath, right?
Open Mike Eagle will be joined Raspberry Pie, an Orlando-based funk band. Raspberry Pie are one of the grooviest and most infectiously optimistic bands you can find. Dance the night away. PAX West comes but once a year, and this concert is an excellent way to welcome in the final day.
