Slightly Mad Studios acquired by Codemasters

Time to make more car games

Slightly Mad Studios, the developers behind the ultra simulation games Project CARS and Project CARS 2, has been bought by Codemasters, the publisher of SO MANY RACING GAMES.

It seems like a perfect fit, to be honest. Codemasters is known for DiRT, the F1 series and Overlord titles, and now commands an impressive portfolio of racing games and licenses.

Frank Sagnier, Chief Executive Officer at Codemasters, will remain at his position, while Ian Bell will continue to run Slightly Mad Studios.
