Original Mario collection hits Switch today
Nintendo has revealed that Super Mario All-Stars, the original collection of updated Mario games, is hitting Nintendo Switch today via Nintendo Switch Online.
The collection first launched on Super Nintendo in 1993 and featured Super Mario Bros, Super Mario Bros 2, Super Mario Bros 3 and Super Mario Bros: The Lost Levels in upgraded/remade visuals. The once 16-bit games were given visual on par with the SNES’s Super Mario World (which joined the collection in a re-release later).
The collection is available now exclusively for Nintendo Switch Online members via the SNES app.
