Star Wars Visions lands September 22 on Disney+

The anime series will take a new look at the galaxy

Star Wars Visions, the intriguing new take on the Star Wars universe, will launch on Disney+ on September 22nd, the mega company has announced. The show will be an anthology, with episodes developed by 7 famed Japanese anime studios including the likes of TRIGGER and Science Saru.

The series will look at the Jedi, Sith, and everything in between, with unique artistic views (VISIONS!) for each episode. It’ll explore familiar and new locations, alongside lore that fans may appreciate. The new trailer (above) shows glimpses into those different ideas and characters.

Star Wars Visions will rock both English *and* Japanese voice tracks, so fans can enjoy whichever version they’d like.
