Activision reveals the date by going overboard
OK. We know Modern Warfare II was announced, but now we know when it’s arriving — and Activision Blizzard wants to make sure we don’t miss that news. In a truly Activision Call of Duty way, the company revealed an October 28th date, and used a massive art wrap on a cargo ship to make it happen.
OKAY!
Though Call of Duty typically launches in November, the October 28th, 2022 date ties back to when the Modern Warfare reboot hit shelves on October 25, 2019. This seems to be Infinity Ward’s thing.
No platforms have been announced, but you know where it’s going: Xbox, PlayStation, and PC, baybay.
