The team goes hands-on with the awesome SWORL leverless controllers at PAX and are ready to place some orders
This project recieved a coveted SideQuesting TEAM CHOICE AWARD at PAX East 2025!
We’re huge fans of fight sticks here at SideQuesting, and whenever something gets announced you can bet that we keep our eyes on it. At PAX East, we were surprised to come across a leverless controller company, Junkfood Arcades, that we didn’t actually know about. And boy are we excited about what they showed!
I grew up playing Street Fighter on emulators on PC, and have been learning leverless for a bit now, and this controller felt really really good. From the hall effect domes to the WASD keys to the 8 button layout, it works so well.
